Mahagathbandhan will form a government for every caste and religion, says Rahul Gandhi
Rahul Gandhi said the Mahagathbandhan guarantees a government representing all religions and castes
Bihar: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Tuesday said that the Mahagathbandhan (Grand Alliance) would form an inclusive government in Bihar that represents “every class, every caste, and every religion.”
Addressing a large election rally in Muzaffarpur, Gandhi launched a scathing attack on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of being “desperate for votes” and alleging that the BJP was attempting to ‘steal elections’ in several states.
“They stole elections in Maharashtra, they stole elections in Haryana, and they will try their best in Bihar,” Gandhi alleged. “They will try their best to ensure that a government with the voice of Bihar is not formed in Bihar.”
Taking a swipe at the Prime Minister, he said, “If you tell Narendra Modi to dance, he will dance… he just wants your vote. Narendra Modi went to bathe in his swimming pool. He has nothing to do with the Yamuna. He has nothing to do with Chhath Puja.”
He also urged people to “put in all their efforts” and vote for the Grand Alliance, promising that it would bring a government that truly represents all sections of society.
