Nivin Pauly, Sharafudheen, Dhyan Sreenivasan and Aju Varghese brainstorm hilarious "political reforms" for the film industry in a viral interview that has fans in stitches.

A promotional interview for the film Prathichaya has gone viral, not for serious cinematic revelations, but for the sheer comedic chemistry among its stars. In a session filled with non-stop leg-pulling on the Sree Gokulam Movies YouTube channel, Nivin Pauly, Sharafudheen, Aju Varghese and Dhyan Sreenivasan took turns imagining a world where they ran the state, leading to some truly "revolutionary" and riotous demands.
The highlight of the banter came when the group began discussing what they would do if they ever held the office of the Chief Minister. While his colleagues brainstormed about governance, Nivin Pauly had a much more relatable "policy" change in mind for his own fraternity. With a straight face that quickly gave way to laughs, Nivin jokingly demanded that Sundays be declared a mandatory holiday within the film industry. He insisted that even movie stars and crews deserve at least one day of rest a week, a "manifesto" point that Sharafudheen was quick to endorse as a top priority.
The "political" dreaming didn’t stop there. When Dhyan Sreenivasan quizzed Sharafudheen on his hypothetical leadership style, the actor claimed he would ditch traditional projects like roads and bridges in favour of a "Happiness Index." Aju Varghese jumped into the fray with his own ministerial agenda, suggesting a strict law where the Chief Minister personally inspects hotel kitchens to ensure they are spotless, while also advocating for fairer wages across all sectors.
The comedy reached its peak when Dhyan Sreenivasan wistfully asked for "just one hit film" as part of their new administration's goals. Sharafudheen delivered the final blow of the night, quipping that even a Chief Minister’s powers might not be enough to fix Dhyan's box-office luck. Closing the session on a high note, Dhyan joked that his only path to "fixing his image" (Prathichaya) would be if his three co-stars finally gave him their filming dates for a directorial venture.
