In a surprise development, the makers of Shane Nigam starrer 'Little Hearts' have announced that the movie will not be screened in GCC countries due to a government ban.
Producer Sandra Thomas expressed disappointment on Instagram, stating, "This news comes as a huge disappointment as we put our heart and soul into making this film. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause." However, she refrained from divulging the reason behind the ban.
"Unfortunately, the reason for the ban cannot be disclosed at this time. Some speculate that there is a mysterious element in the film that led to the ban," the statement disclosed.
Directed by Aby Treesa Paul and Anto Jose Perera, 'Little Hearts' stars Mahima Mohan, Baburaj, Maala Parvathy, Jaffer Idukki, and Shine Tom Chacko in pivotal roles. Rajesh Pinnadan, known for his work on Biju Menon’s Oru Thekkan Thallu Case, serves as the scriptwriter. The film is scheduled for a theatrical release on June 7.
