Salman Khan's latest viral video has fans worried about his health, with many wondering if his battle with trigeminal neuralgia has returned.

A recent video of Salman Khan has set social media abuzz because fans believe the superstar looks noticeably different. The clip, shot during his visit to Mumbai's Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) office, has sparked widespread concern, with many wondering if the actor is facing health issues again.
Salman was at the event to inaugurate a new IT Server Room and hand over house keys to beneficiaries. While the occasion itself was heartwarming, it was a close-up video of the actor that grabbed attention online.
Comments quickly flooded social media. "Is this really Salman Khan?" one user wrote, while another said, "He looks extremely unwell." Several others questioned whether the actor's long battle with trigeminal neuralgia had returned.
Often referred to as the "suicide disease" because of its unbearable pain, trigeminal neuralgia is a chronic nerve disorder that causes sudden, electric shock-like pain across one side of the face. Everyday actions such as eating, talking, chewing or even touching the face can trigger excruciating attacks.
Salman has spoken openly about the condition in the past. During an appearance on ‘Two Much with Kajol and Twinkle Khanna’, he revealed that he first developed the disorder in 2007 while shooting ‘Partner’. He described living with the pain for nearly seven-and-a-half years, saying breakfast alone could take him over an hour because chewing was almost impossible.
The actor also revealed he relied on heavy doses of painkillers before eventually undergoing Gamma Knife surgery. According to Salman, doctors expected only partial relief, but the procedure ultimately eliminated his pain.
At the moment, there is no official confirmation that Salman is experiencing a relapse. The latest concern is based entirely on fans reacting to his appearance in the viral video.
