The eagerly anticipated movie ‘Pushpa 2 - The Rule’, directed by Sukumar and starring Allu Arjun, has stirred up discussions among movie buffs across India. Originally set for release in August, the big-budget film was delayed until December, sparking curiosity about the reasons behind it.
Initially slated to hit screens on August 15, Pushpa 2's sudden postponement has led to rumours swirling in Tollywood. Speculation suggests that director Sukumar and star Allu Arjun have been at odds recently. Reports indicate that their differences came to light when they chose separate locations to spend the holiday in between the shooting, further fueling these rumours.
Recently, a viral video on social media showed Allu Arjun with a trimmed beard, unlike his look in Pushpa. This added more weight to the gossip mill. However, the Pushpa 2 team swiftly dismissed these speculations, asserting that there were no issues between the director and the hero. They assured fans that filming would resume by the end of the month.
Pushpa 2 marks Allu Arjun's return to the screen after a three-year hiatus, following his National Award-winning performance in the first instalment. The film also stars Fahadh Faasil as villain and Rashmika Mandana as the heroine. Actors like Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Sunil, and Anasuya Bharadwaj also play pivotal roles. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers and penned by the director himself, the film promises to be a treat for fans eagerly awaiting its release in December.
