After the smashing success of the 'Kissik' song from Pushpa 2: The Rule, fans are now humming over the latest track teaser titled 'Peelings'. The song promo was unveiled at a grand event in Kochi, leaving everyone eager to see Allu Arjun as Pushpa Raj and Rashmika Mandanna as Srivalli share screen space in this romantic number.
Malayalam hook line
What makes this song truly special is its heartfelt tribute to Allu Arjun’s Kerala fanbase. The actor revealed that the hook line of 'Peelings' will be in Malayalam across all six language versions of the song!
"This movie is being released worldwide in six languages. But no matter the language, the hook line will stay in Malayalam. It’s my way of saying thank you to Kerala for all the love you’ve given me over the years. I couldn’t think of a better way to show my gratitude," he said.
Fans in Kerala and across the world are already grooving to the teaser.
Vintage Bunny is back!
Allu Arjun also hinted at some epic dance moves in the song. He acknowledged that fans missed his signature dancing style in the first movie, but he promised to make up for it in Pushpa 2.
"A lot of fans said they missed the vintage Bunny," he said.
"This time, I’ve danced my heart out in 'Peelings'. And wait till you see Rashmika – you’ll stop calling her Rashmika and start calling her ‘Crush-mika’!" he added.
Kissik fever sweeps south India
Before 'Peelings', the 'Kissik' song featuring Sreeleela had already set the internet on fire. Composed by Devi Sri Prasad, the track broke records as South India's most-viewed lyrical video ever. Its catchy beats and energetic choreography have made it an instant fan favorite, setting the bar high for 'Peelings'.
With Pushpa 2 set to release in over 11,000 theaters worldwide on December 5, fans can’t wait to experience the magic on the big screen.
