`Oo Antava` from Pushpa`s music director accuses Turkish singer Atiye of plagiarism for her song `Anlayana`. Legal action considered.

Hyderabad: Music director Devi Sri Prasad has accused Turkish pop singer Atiye of copying the chart-topping Telugu song 'Oo Antava' from the 2021 blockbuster film Pushpa: The Rise, which starred Allu Arjun and featured Samantha in the sizzling dance number.
The Turkish artist’s song, titled 'Anlayana', allegedly bears striking similarities to 'Oo Antava', prompting Devi Sri Prasad (popularly known as DSP) to consider legal action.
The acclaimed composer pointed out that the video and tune of Atiye’s song have several resemblances to 'Oo Antava.' It seems like a blatant copy.
He added that he is thinking about filing a case against them. At the same time, he accepted that he feels proud because it reflects the global influence and acceptance of Telugu music.
'Oo Antava,' sung by Indravathi Chauhan and composed by DSP, became a viral sensation worldwide upon its release, lauded for its catchy rhythm and bold visuals.
Atiye’s 'Anlayana' was released seven months ago and has since garnered over 1.8 million views on YouTube.
