
Kochi: Mammootty, the beloved superstar of the Malayalam film industry, turned 73 on Saturday. However, fans who gathered at his home to celebrate were surprised to find him absent as he was at his son Dulquer Salmaan’s residence in Chennai. Pictures of Mammootty giving cake to Dulquer and his granddaughter Maryam are going viral on social media.
Despite the absence, the megastar made sure not to disappoint his fans. Upon learning about the crowd at his residence, he made a video call to greet them. This gesture was enough to satisfy his supporters, who eventually dispersed.
