
Thiruvananthapuram: The first look of the much-anticipated Malayalam film directed by renowned Tamil filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon starring Mammootty has been unveiled on the occasion of the super actor's birthday. This film marks Gautham’s debut in Malayalam cinema.
The film is titled Dominic and The Ladies' purse. The poster features Mammootty in a bathrobe and a woman's purse is also seen in the frame.

Written by Sooraj R and Neeraj R, the movie is Mammootty’s sixth project under his production banner, Mammootty Kampany. The film, which is primarily shot in Kochi and Munnar, is nearing completion.
Besides Mammootty, the cast also includes Gokul Suresh, Lena, Siddique, Viji Venkatesh, and Vijay Babu. The film is described as a crime thriller with comedic elements. Vishnu Dev is handling the cinematography, while the music is composed by Darbuka Siva.
The production team features Anthony as the editor, George Sebastian as the executive producer, and Preethi Srivijayan as the co-director. Other key roles include Sunil Singh as the line producer, Tapas Nayak for sound mixing, Kishan Mohan for sound design, and Arish Aslam as the chief associate director. Make-up is managed by George Sebastian and Rasheed Ahmed, while Sameera Saneesh and Abhijith are responsible for costume design. Shaji Naduvil is the production designer, and Aroma Mohan is the production controller. The stills are captured by Ajith Kumar, with Aesthetic Kunjamma handling publicity design. Distribution is managed by Wayfarer Films, with Truth Global Films as the overseas distribution partner. Digital marketing is overseen by Vishnu Sugathan, and Sabari serves as the PRO.
