Earlier, Akhil Sathyan’s birthday post for Nivin Pauly had gone viral; the budding director had written in his wish for the actor, ‘Happy birthday to my Mohanlal.’

Sarvam Maya is a film directed by Akhil Sathyan with Nivin Pauly in the lead role. Aju Varghese appears in another important role in the film. Scheduled for a Christmas release, the film is being made in the horror-comedy genre. Aju Varghese has now shared Akhil Sathyan’s words about the celebrated Mohanlal–Sathyan Anthikad collaboration.
Aju Varghese shared Akhil Sathyan’s remarks on social media, along with a picture of Nivin Pauly and Akhil Sathyan together.
Akhil Sathyan’s words shared by Aju Varghese read:
“I clearly understood why my father’s early Mohanlal films happened one after the other only after completing Sarvam Maya with Nivin. Sanmanassullavarkku Samadhanam, Gandhi Nagar 2nd Street, Nadodikkattu, Varavelpu – these were not merely films made by a director and an actor. They were created by two friends doing what they knew best and enjoying it without ever feeling like it was work. That is why those films continue to entertain us even today.”
Earlier, Akhil Sathyan’s birthday post for Nivin had gone viral. Referring to Nivin, Akhil had written: “Happy birthday to my Mohanlal.” Sarvam Maya is Akhil Satyan’s next film after Fahadh Faasil’s Pachuvum Athbutha Vilakkum. The film also marks the tenth collaboration between Nivin Pauly and Aju Varghese.
Janardanan, Raghunath Paleri, Madhu Warrier, Althaf Salim and Preity Mukhundhan also feature in the cast. The film is produced by Ajayya Kumar and Rajeev Menon under the banner of Firefly Films.
Excitement has reached its zenith as cinephiles eagerly await the release of the film.
