New Delhi: The long-awaited India debut of global rap icon Kanye West, now legally known as Ye, has been officially postponed. Originally slated for March 29, the historic performance at New Delhi’s Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium will now take place on May 23, 2026.
Organisers cited "geopolitical situation and regional tensions" as the primary reason for the delay, prioritising the safety of the artist, production crew, and international fans travelling for the event.

In an official statement, Whitefox India emphasised, "Due to the prevailing geopolitical situation and regional tensions, the Ye show in New Delhi will now be rescheduled to 23 May 2026. The safety of our fans travelling internationally, as well as that of the artist and the production team, remains our top priority. All tickets remain valid for the new date. Thank you for your understanding and continued support."
