Director George Varghese, who is known for Prithviraj Sukumaran starrer ‘Thanthonni’, is all set to return to Malayalam cinema with his new project ‘ICU’, set for release in February.

Starring Bibin George and Baburaj in the lead roles, the film unfolds as an edge-of-the-seat suspense thriller. The film is produced by Jain Paul under the banner Mini Studio.

Vismaya, who garnered attention in Tamil cinema through Suriya's production ‘Uriyadi’, plays the female lead. The cast also includes Murali Gopy, Srikanth Murali, Meera Vasudev, and Navas Vallikkunnu, among several others. The story, screenplay, and dialogues are written by Santhosh Kumar.
