Singer Shweta Mohan opened up about her disappointment and confusion over why her mother, the iconic singer, Sujatha Mohan, has yet to receive a National Award. She also revealed that many of her mother’s songs don’t make it to the jury’s shortlist despite being submitted, expressing hope that Sujatha Mohan will soon get the recognition she deserves.
