“World-class performance,” the Kollywood superstar said of Momin’s performance.

Actor Dhanush has praised Dinjith Ayyathan’s critically acclaimed and commercially successful film EKO, describing it as a “masterpiece” and lauding actor Biana Momin for her performance. Writing on X, Dhanush said: “EKO the Malayalam film is a masterpiece. Actor Biana Momin deserves all the highest honours. World-class performance.”
EKO is Dinjith Ayyathan’s follow-up to the successful Kishkindha Kaandam. The film, with a screenplay by Bahul Ramesh—who also wrote Kishkindha Kaandam and Kerala Crime Files Season 2—features rising star Sandeep Pradeep in the lead role.
The film forms the concluding part of a three-part animal-themed trilogy. While each installment presents a distinct story with no direct narrative connection, animals play a pivotal role in the plot development across the trilogy.
EKO has been widely appreciated by both critics and audiences, further establishing Dinjith Ayyathan as a filmmaker capable of blending unique storytelling with compelling performances.
