Actress Lena celebrated her first wedding anniversary by sharing a heartfelt video on social media, capturing joyous moments with her husband, Prasanth. Reflecting on the past year, Lena expressed that it had been the most beautiful year of her life, adding that she had never imagined getting married.

In the video, Lena wrote, "I had not thought in my wildest dreams that I would get married! And here I am 1 year later celebrating the Best Year in my life so far!! I thank God and my darling husband Prasanth for gifting me the best days of my life."

The couple received warm wishes from several fans and well-wishers on their special day. Lena had previously shared that after her first marriage ended in separation, she had decided against remarriage.

Prasanth Balakrishnan Nair, an Air Force Group Captain in the Gaganyaan space mission team, is Lena's husband. While the couple wed on January 17, 2024, Lena only made the announcement public in February, stating that the decision to share their wedding news came after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the names of the astronauts for the space mission.

Prasanth, hailing from Nenmara, joined the Indian Air Force in 1999 after completing engineering at NSS College, Palakkad. He was awarded the sword of honour as the best-performing cadet during his training in 1998. A Sukhoi fighter pilot, Prasanth has been undergoing rigorous training for India's ambitious Gaganyaan mission. He was also the top-ranking cadet at the United States Air Force Air Command and Staff College.
