Marga Ortigas, a Filipino author and former journalist, is renowned for her insightful storytelling and advocacy for universal humanity. Before transitioning to fiction, she spent over three decades reporting from conflict zones and climate-impacted regions across five continents with major international news networks. A British Council Chevening Scholar, Ortigas earned an MA in literature and criticism from the University of Greenwich. She is the author of three books published by PRH SEA, including the bestselling The House on Calle Sombra: A Parable (2021), There Are No Falling Stars in China (2023), and God's Ashes: A Novel (2024).
