Kaikasi V S is presently working as Assistant Professor of English, University College in Thiruvananthapuram. She is the recipient of the prestigious ‘Best Young Educationalist’ Award instituted by the Rotary Club International in 2015. She presented more than 35 papers in National and International levels.

She has contributed to international anthologies including ‘The Poetry of Flowers’ and ‘Mytho Madan’ and ‘Indian Literature’, the bi-monthly journal published by Sahitya Akademi. In 2017 she was awarded 'Most Inspiring Teacher' instituted by The New Indian Express.
