Previously, passengers had to use apps like UTSonMobile for unreserved tickets and IRCTC Rail Connect for reserved tickets, which could be confusing

Indian Railways has launched RailOne, a new all-in-one app designed to make train travel easier for millions of passengers. The app brings together ticket bookings, live train tracking, food delivery, customer support, and more in a single platform, replacing the need for multiple separate apps.
To encourage passengers to switch to RailOne, Indian Railways is offering a 3% discount on unreserved tickets booked through the app using digital payments, valid for a limited period from 14 January to 14 July 2026.
