This certificate serves as proof that the applicant, or their ancestors, such as parents or grandparents, resided in a particular state or region. It is commonly required for various purposes, including educational admissions, government job reservations, and applications for Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI).

You can acquire the nativity certificate application form from your local revenue office, such as the Tahsildar's office, or download it from your state's official e-governance portal, edistrict.kerala.gov.in
Complete the Application:
Fill out the form with personal details, including your full name, date of birth, current address, and ancestral information.

Attach necessary documents to substantiate your claim, which may include:
1. Affidavit
2. Birth Certificate
3. Ration Card
4. School Certificate
5. School Certificate of parents
