Actor Grace Antony revealed the emotional and physical challenges behind her 15-kg transformation.

Malayalam actor Grace Antony has revealed the story behind her striking physical transformation, sharing that she lost 15 kilos over the course of eight months – a period she described as one of intense personal challenges and quiet perseverance. The actor posted before-and-after photos on Instagram along with a heartfelt note reflecting on the struggles she faced throughout the process.
Grace said she had come down from 80 kilos to 65 kilos, emphasising that the transformation was not merely about appearance but about rediscovering a version of herself she believed had slipped away over time.
In her caption, she wrote, “8 months. 15 kilos. And a version of me I thought I had lost along the way. From 80 kg to 65 kg, this journey wasn’t easy. It was full of silent battles, days I cried, days I doubted myself, and days I questioned whether I could really do this.
But somewhere between the struggle and the small victories… I found strength I didn’t know I had. I found her, the girl who refused to give up, even when her confidence was falling apart.
To my trainer, @ali_shifas_vs thank you for guiding me.You are Amazing.
And to myself… thank you for fighting back, for choosing discipline over excuses, and for believing again.
This transformation is more than a photo. It’s a reminder that healing takes time, progress is messy, and every step forward,, no matter how small counts.
If you’re trying, keep going. One day, you’ll look back and realise that every tear, every doubt, every effort was worth it.”
The actor recently made headlines for another significant milestone in her life. On September 9, she announced her marriage to music composer Aby Tom Cyriac, her partner of nine years. The couple tied the knot in a private ceremony and shared the news with fans through social media.
Grace, who made her film debut with Omar Lulu’s ‘Happy Wedding’, has since worked in a series of acclaimed projects, including ‘Kumbalangi Nights’, ‘Georgettan’s Pooram’, ‘Thamaasha’, ‘Halal Love Story’, ‘Kanakam Kaamini Kalaham’ and ‘Rorschach’. Her most recent Tamil release was Ram’s ‘Paranthu Po’, while in Malayalam, she was last seen in ‘Extra Decent’.
