Anshula Kapoor's wedding to longtime partner Rohan Thakkar was a showcase of thoughtful couture and heirloom craftsmanship. While the bride's emotional bridal look became the heart of the ceremony, the Kapoor women each brought their own fashion statement, from dreamy pastels to regal capes and restored family heirlooms.

Anshula Kapoor

Anshula Kapoor chose a vibrant orange and fuchsia bridal lehenga by Tarun Tahiliani, richly embroidered with Kashida-inspired paisley, floral and foliate motifs in zari. The sweetheart-neck blouse with elbow-length sleeves and beaded tassels added a vintage touch, but it was her two dupattas that became the highlight.

One was a traditional bandhani gharchola with a phulkari border, celebrating the union of Anshula's Punjabi roots and Rohan Thakkar's Gujarati heritage. The second was a priceless heirloom, a 42-year-old gold tissue zardozi dupatta that belonged to her late mother, Mona Kapoor. Styled by Mohit Rai, the look was completed with Raniwala 1881 jewellery, Mrinalini Chandra kaliras and a traditional pink chooda.

Janhvi Kapoor

Janhvi Kapoor wore a custom ivory lehenga by Anamika Khanna. The voluminous skirt featured hand-painted floral motifs with delicate resham embroidery, while her embellished blouse stood out with sculpted shoulders, a plunging neckline, sequins, crystals, beads and floral appliqué work.

A sheer organza dupatta with a scalloped gold zari border completed the ensemble, which reportedly required over 1,100 artisan hours to create.

Styled by Meagan Concessio, Janhvi accessorised with statement jewellery by Anmol Sandhu, bangles and rings from Maya Sanghavi Jewels, a hathphool by Archana Aggarwal and a custom embroidered Anamika Khanna clutch.

Khushi Kapoor

Khushi Kapoor complemented her sister's pastel palette in a custom sage-pistachio green lehenga by Anamika Khanna.

The circular skirt featured floral appliqué along the waistband with winding floral vines embroidered using resham thread, gold zari and sequins in shades of pink, yellow and blue. Her checkered net blouse showcased intricate floral embroidery with an organically scalloped hem, while a sheer dupatta carried matching floral motifs throughout.

Styled by Tanya Ghavri, Khushi finished the look with layered gemstone necklaces, chandelier earrings and a maang tikka from Akoya Jewels, stacked jadau and polki kadas from Rambhajos and Raniwala 1881, and a bespoke floral embroidered clutch by Meera Mahadevia.

Sonam Kapoor

A longtime collaborator of Anamika Khanna, Sonam Kapoor chose a regal custom ensemble instead of a traditional lehenga. She wore a fluid ivory pre-draped kurta set layered with a dramatic purple embroidered cape adorned with sequins, metallic detailing, zari and resham work.

The cape alone reportedly took six months and nearly 1,450 artisan hours to complete, making it one of the most intricate creations at the wedding.

Sonam paired the look with bangles and rings from her mother Sunita Kapoor's personal collection, while Anmol Sandhu jewellery, Golecha Jewels' emerald necklace and maang tikka.

Shanaya Kapoor

Breaking away from the pastel colour story, Shanaya Kapoor opted for a vibrant silk lehenga by Torani. The blue-and-red printed ensemble featured a full-sleeved blouse embellished with mirror work and bead embroidery, highlighted by petal-inspired patchwork and a contemporary cut-out back.

She layered the look with a sequinned dupatta finished with a scalloped border. Styled by Manisha Melwani, Shanaya accessorised with a colourful polki choker from Jagdish Jewellers, statement ear cuffs by Sheetal Zaveri and a delicate gold nose pin.

Rhea Kapoor

Rhea Kapoor chose sentiment over spectacle by reimagining her mother Sunita Kapoor's antique kurta and dupatta into a contemporary silhouette.

The intricately embroidered kurta was paired with flowing ombré sharara-inspired pants and a beautifully restored gold embroidered dupatta. The restoration and reconstruction reportedly required nearly 500 artisan hours, preserving the heirloom while giving it a fresh identity.

Styled by Manisha Melwani, Rhea completed the look with a statement necklace from Vasundhra Raj, a Symetree ring, a Meera Mahadevia clutch and her mother's vintage chandelier earrings.
