Anshula Kapoor’s wedding festivities open on a note of gilded craftsmanship and heirloom-inspired detailing as she steps out in a custom ITRH lehenga that took 1,600 hours to complete.
For the opening ceremony, the bride-to-be chose a custom ensemble from ITRH by Ridhi Bansal and Mohit Rai. The lehenga, crafted over 1,600 hours, is built on Banarasi silk tissue brocade and layered with intricate zardozi, aari, dabka and gota embroidery. Polki accents and delicate ghungroos bring movement to the surface, while antique gold threadwork forms dense ornamental patterns across the silhouette.
The blouse leans into sculptural detailing with a high neckline and jewel-like polki embellishment, giving the outfit a structured, almost ceremonial presence. Two dupattas complete the look, one in metallic tissue embroidery and another in vibrant phulkari, adding a burst of colour that anchors the ensemble in Punjabi bridal tradition.
A layered polki necklace, jhumkas with ear chains, maang tikka and sleek bun styling complete her bridal moment with restrained precision.

Janhvi Kapoor opts for a revival narrative in a Benarasi Kadiyal weave saree from Label Sourav Das, paired with a fisherman’s wives choli-inspired bodice. The look balances heritage textile craft with a contemporary blouse structure, creating a dialogue between tradition and reinterpretation.
Her jewellery layers earrings, bangles and rings from Maya Sanghavi Jewels, accessories via Amigos Rizwan, and a statement necklace from Samruddhi Silver, grounding the look in mixed-metal richness and artisanal detail.
Khushi Kapoor takes a more romantic couture route in Tarun Tahiliani’s Ever Bloom floral embroidered sharara set, priced at ₹2,09,900. The ensemble blends floral embroidery, sequins and beadwork across a fluid silhouette that moves between peplum structure and voluminous sharara pants.
She complements the look with Amrapali Jewels in emerald and diamond tones and completes her styling with the Isa beaded heart clutch from Doux Amour India, adding a playful accent to the opulence.
Shanaya Kapoor keeps her interpretation understated in a Vana ivory kurta set from Sureena Chowdhri, priced at ₹34,900. The clean silhouette allows the fabric and cut to speak for themselves, while Omaha kundan polki dangler earrings from Indinoor Jewellery introduce a soft hint of traditional sparkle.
Together, the three looks form a visual spectrum within the same celebration, from revival weave and couture embroidery to minimal ivory restraint, each orbiting around Anshula Kapoor’s heavily crafted bridal opening moment.
