An Instagram influencer has revealed that she lost 5 kilograms in just 40 days, all with the help of ChatGPT and without spending a single rupee. Sharing her experience through a detailed post and video, Anjani Bhoj credited a personalised fitness and nutrition plan generated by the AI chatbot for her transformation.
“I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). I deal with bloating due to gas, high food cravings, low energy, and stubborn fat. But this time, ChatGPT had a plan, an actual plan for me,” she wrote in her video caption.
She explained how the AI helped her to create a daily routine tailored to her body, dietary needs, and fitness goals.
Anjani emphasised that she didn’t miss a single workout and followed her diet plan with dedication. “Even on lazy days, I stuck to my routine. There were no shortcuts,” she added.

“Hi ChatGPT, I am [Your Name], [Your Age], [Your Height], and [Your Weight]. I have PCOS (if not, skip this part). I want to lose fat and build lean muscle. I work out five days a week. Please give me a weekly workout and diet plan. I eat chicken, eggs, basil seeds, salads, and whey protein. I avoid dairy and gluten. (Add your dietary preferences).”
Her post sparked conversations in the comments about the practical value of using AI as a free fitness tool, especially for women dealing with hormonal conditions like PCOS. Many praised her commitment to the plan and her willingness to stay consistent.
