Thiruvananthapuram: As part of syllabus reforms, a special period will be set aside on November 17 in schools to gather the opinions and suggestions of students in the state. 

“The suggestions put forward by the students will be published as a significant document,” said Education Minister V Sivankutty. 

The minister also inaugurated a tech platform, www.kcf.kite.kerala.gov.in.

Through this platform, the public can submit their opinions and suggestions regarding the syllabus. 

People can choose specific focus areas and upload their views on this website. Suggestions in written formats can also be uploaded as JPEG or PDF formats. 

“The position papers of focus groups will be completed by November 30. The draft of the syllabus will be prepared by December 31. New textbooks will be introduced in all classes in the academic year of 2025-26”, added the minister.
