ICAR-NAARM Hyderabad invites applications for its AICTE-approved 2-year PGDM in Agri Business Management for 2026–28.

Indian Council of Agricultural Research -National Academy of Agricultural Research Management (ICAR-NAARM), Rajendranagar, Hyderabad, Telangana -500 030, has invited applications for admission to the AICTE-approved, 2-year full-time, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Agri Business Management) for 2026-28.
The Programme aims to contribute to the creation, transmission and application of knowledge in the field of agribusiness management; to equip the students with quantitative and qualitative skills to identify, analyze, design and create agribusiness opportunities in the global dynamic environment; to develop the necessary managerial skills to think strategically and to lead, motivate & manage teams thereby enhancing managerial effectiveness; to develop ability to implement corporate governance and societal values in the real-life situation with professional ethics; to encourage and train the students in a way that they can pursue higher studies, start entrepreneurial ventures thereby contributing to the field of agribusiness.
Eligibility: Applicant should have a minimum 60% marks or 6.0 out of 10.0 OGPA in 10 and 12 standard, with a relaxation of 5% / equivalent for candidates of SC/ST category. Applicant should have completed a four-year Bachelor’s Degree from a UGC-recognized University/Institution in Agriculture or allied sciences, such as; Agriculture, Agri-Business Management/Commercial Agriculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Biotechnology, Agricultural Information Technology, Dairy Science/Technology, Fisheries, Food Technology/Food Process Engineering, Forestry, Horticulture, Sericulture, Veterinary Sciences, and Community/Home Science, on or before commencement of the academic session.
Applicants should have taken either CAT 2025 or CMAT 2026 or both.
The total number of seats is 66. Seats are reserved for NC-OBC, EWS, SC, ST and Physically Challenged categories as per the Govt. of India rules.
Shortlisting of candidates: The candidates will be shortlisted for Analytical Writing Skill Test (AWST), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) to be held at Hyderabad, New Delhi, Kolkata and Pune based on the normalised CAT/CMAT scores. Candidates must provide their First and Second preferences for the centres during the application process. Any centre can be cancelled at the discretion of the Academy and will be informed accordingly to the candidates through email.
Selection Process: Admission will be done on the basis of the total score obtained from different criteria and as per the weightage for each. The criteria and weightage are as follows: (i) CAT/CMAT Score - 35 (ii) Analytical Writing Skill Test (AWST) -10 (iii) Group Discussion (GD)- 20 (iv) Personal Interview (PI) - 20 (v) Academic Score- 5 (vi) Diversity Factor – 5 (vii) Work Experience- 5.

The same email ID and mobile number will be used for future communications. For each candidate, a unique application number will be generated.
