NEET PG 2026 admit card release date has been revised, with the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) announcing that hall tickets will now be issued on August 25. The admit cards were earlier scheduled to be released on August 24.

According to the latest NBEMS notice, the change has been made in view of “certain unavoidable circumstances” and requests received from Assam and Meghalaya. The board has not announced any change to the NEET PG 2026 examination date.

NEET PG 2026 exam date and timing

The NEET PG 2026 examination will be conducted on Sunday, August 30, 2026, from 9 am to 12:30 pm.

The examination will be held in a single shift through Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, as per NBEMS.

Candidates preparing to appear for the postgraduate medical entrance examination should check the official NBEMS portal for the admit card once the download facility is activated.

NEET PG 2026 admit card date changed

The admit card was initially scheduled for release on August 27. NBEMS later advanced the date to August 24 for the convenience of candidates. The board has now revised the date again, with the latest notification confirming August 25, 2026 as the admit card release date.

The test city intimation for NEET PG 2026 had already been issued on August 11, according to the NBEMS notice.

Candidates are advised to rely on official NBEMS communications for further updates regarding the examination and admit card.
