The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), has commended the activities related to the third-phase allotment to engineering courses and the second-phase allotment to architecture courses.

Engineering: Fresh online option registration facility is available for engineering courses in the third phase. Eligible candidates included in the engineering rank lists published by the CEE can register their options through www.cee.kerala.gov.in by 5 pm on 07.08.2025. Government orders regarding the seat increases in engineering courses and the newly sanctioned colleges and courses are available on the website.

Architecture: Candidates who are having valid options and who want to participate in the second round allotment for admission to the architecture course have to log in to his/her Option Registration page and confirm their options by clicking the Confirm button available in his/her Option Registration page. Candidates can delete their unwanted options or alter the priority of existing options after online option confirmation. This facility will be available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 5 pm on 07.08.2025.

Online option registration for engineering courses/confirmation and rearrangement for architecture courses is a must for those who have got allotment/admission and those who have not got any allotment as per the previous allotments to be considered in this phase of allotment. However, those who got an allotment/admission in the previous phases and do not register/confirm and rearrange options for this phase will retain the admission received through the allotment in the previous phase.

Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options afresh and who got allotment in the previous phases and did not take admission will have to remit a registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- to the CEE. The registration fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee of those candidates who take admission consequent on allotments. Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OEC category and those categories specified in the Notification will have to remit Rs. 500 /- as a registration fee. The registration fee of such candidates who take admission in the allotted college/course will be adjusted in the caution deposit. The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. The registration fee of those candidates who do not take admission will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded. Registration fees can be remitted by way of online payment.

Candidates who fail to register options for engineering courses in this phase and those who do not confirm and make rearrangements for architecture courses will not be considered for allotment under any circumstances.

At the time of Option Confirmation for Second Phase Allotment in the Architecture Course, candidates have to give fresh options in the Minority/Community/Trust Quota seats in the respective colleges. In order to be considered for allotment to Minority/Community/Trust quota seats, candidates have to figure in the relevant category lists published by the CEE and register the corresponding Minority/Community/Trust quota seat options available in the Option Confirmation Portal of the CEE by 5 pm on 7.08.2025.

On the basis of options received up to 5 pm on 07.08.2025, the provisional allotment to engineering and architecture courses will be published on 08.08.2025 and the final allotment on 09.08.2025.

Those candidates who get an allotment in this phase and do not join the college/courses on or before the date prescribed for the same will lose their allotment in the last phase and the allotment in this phase as well as all the options in the stream to which the allotment belongs.

This phase of allotment will be the last phase of allotment for engineering courses for this year to be made by the CEE to government/government cost sharing, autonomous and private self-financing engineering colleges.

The seats remaining vacant in engineering courses after this allotment will be filled by the Director of Technical Education in the case of government colleges, and those of other colleges will be filled by the college authorities concerned, observing the conditions, rules and regulations contained in the KEAM 2025 prospectus and government orders issued in this regard.
