The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, has commenced the activities related to the second phase of allotment to AYUSH courses (Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha, Unani) and Medical Allied Courses [Agriculture, Veterinary, Forestry, Fisheries, Co-operation & Banking/Agribusiness Management, Climate change & Environmental Science, B.Tech Biotechnology courses (Under Kerala Agricultural University)], Kerala 2025, for the State Quota Seats, at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Online Option Confirmation is mandatory for those candidates who want their higher order options in these courses to be considered in second phase of allotment. Online option confirmation is mandatory for those who have an admission and for those who have no allotment as per first phase allotment, to be considered for allotment in the second phase allotment.

For Online Option confirmation, candidates must log on to their Home page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in and confirm their options by clicking the ‘confirm’ button available therein. After Online Option confirmation, candidates can re-arrange their higher order options/ delete the unwanted options/ courses/colleges till 11.59 pm on 05.10.2025. Candidates should file options to courses/colleges to which they are sure to join and continue studies if allotted.

The higher options of those candidates who got admission through first round allotment and vacate the seats after option confirmation will not be considered for further allotments. But the admission received, if any, in the first phase shall be retained in case of those who do not confirm their options after first phase of admission.

Based on options received up to 11.59 pm on 05.10.2025, the second phase provisional allotment to will be published at www.cee.kerala.gov.in on 06.10.2025 and the final Allotment on 7.10.2025.

Candidates who receive allotment in this phase must take a printout of their allotment memo and remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) shown in the allotment memo, to the allotted colleges and should join the course/college allotted during 08.10.2025 and 4 pm on 10.10.2025.

Candidates allotted under SC/ST/OEC category and other categories mentioned in the notification need not pay the fee at the time of admission. However, if such candidates are allotted under Management quota seats, they will have to remit the fee as shown in the allotment memo and they will not be eligible for any fee concession.

The allotment of those candidates who do not take admission within the stipulated time will be lost and such candidates will not be considered for further centralised allotment for the courses in the medical/medical allied stream.
