KEAM 2025 candidates must submit NEET UG 2025 scores and fix application defects by January 19.

The admission to the Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, and Unani courses are as per the rank list prepared by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) based on the score of the candidates in NEET-UG 2025.
Candidates who have submitted online applications to CEE as per the notification dated 14.01.2026 and appeared in NEET (UG)-2025 and are opting for admission to Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani UG courses must submit their NEET (UG) 2025 result details to CEE for preparing the revised state rank lists.
The online facility for submission of NEET (UG) 2025 result details will be available at www.cee.kerala.gov.in till 11 am on 19.01.2026.
The above facility is also open to those candidates who have already submitted online applications based on earlier notifications, but fifth stray vacancy option registration for such candidates will be restricted only to AYUSH courses.
Candidates who do not submit their NEET (UG) 2025 results to the CEE within the stipulated time shall not be considered for the preparation of the rank list for the UG courses in Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha, Unani.
To submit the NEET UG 2025 result, the candidate must access the website www.cee.kerala.gov.in, click the link ‘KEAM 2025-Candidate Portal,’ and provide the KEAM 2025 application number and password to enter the home page of the candidate. After that, the candidate must click the menu item ‘NEET Result Submission’ and provide the NEET (UG)-2025 Roll Number, NEET (UG)-2025 Application Number, and NEET (UG)-2025 Date of Birth; verify the scorecard for NEET (UG)-2025—the candidate’s name, name of father, name of mother, and NEET (UG) result details shown on the screen with the NEET (UG) 2025 NEET Percentile Score, All India Rank for counseling, etc. If the details are correct, click the ‘Verified and Submit’ button.
The procedure of submission of the NEET result will be complete only when the ‘Verified and Submit’ button is clicked.
Candidates may take the printout of the ‘NEET Result Submission Report’ and keep it with them for future use.
Rectification of defects in documents: Candidates who have submitted online applications to the CEE as per the notification dated 14.01.2026 for admission to Ayurveda, Homoeo, Siddha, Unani UG Courses (KEAM-2025) can rectify the defects in their photo, signature, nativity, class 10th certificate, and nationality and can pay the pending fees, if any, up to 11 am on 19.01.2026.
Candidates can rectify the above defects through the link ‘KEAM 2025-Candidate Portal’ provided at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by giving their application number and password. Candidates can rectify their defects by uploading valid documents/photos/signatures and can pay the eligible fee to be paid, if any, within the stipulated time. The above facility is also open to those candidates who have already submitted online applications based on earlier notifications, but second-round stray vacancy options registration for such candidates will be restricted only to AYUSH courses.
