The Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has commenced the activities related to the First phase allotment to the pharmacy course in the government and self-financing pharmacy colleges, the third phase allotment to the architecture course, and the stray vacancy allotment for admission to engineering courses in the government/aided engineering colleges for the year 2025-26.

Pharmacy: The list of pharmacy colleges included in the allotment and fee structure in the colleges is given in the notification on the website. Allotment will be subject to recognition of All India Regulatory Bodies, affiliation from the universities, and government orders. Candidates who receive allotment should have attained the eligibility for admission as per Clause 6 of the Prospectus at the time of admission.

Architecture: This phase of allotment (third) will be the last one for the Architecture Course for this year to be made by the CEE to government and private self-financing architecture colleges. The seats that remain vacant after this allotment will be filled by the Director of Technical Education in the case of government colleges, and those of other colleges will be filled by the college authorities concerned, observing the conditions, rules and regulations contained in the KEAM 2025 Prospectus and government orders issued in this regard. Online option registration for the Architecture Course is a must for participating in this phase for those who got allotment/admission and those who have not got any allotment in previous rounds. Those who got an allotment/admission in the previous phases but do not register options will retain the admission through the allotment in the previous phase. Those who get allotment in this phase but do not join the college/courses on or before the date prescribed for the same will lose their allotment in the last phase and the allotment in this phase as well. They will also lose all the options in the stream to which the allotment belongs. Candidates who fail to register options for Architecture Course in this phase will not be considered for allotment.

Engineering: Stray vacancy allotment is conducted for filling the vacancy existing in government/aided engineering colleges. Candidates in the rank list published by the CEE and satisfy the eligibility criteria as per Clause 6 in KEAM 2025 Prospectus can participate in the stray vacancy allotment. Candidates who got admission to government/aided/private self-financing and government cost-sharing colleges in the previous phases, those who have not taken admission after allotment, those who have obtained TC after admission and those who have not yet received any allotment can participate in Stray Vacancy Allotment. However, allotment/admission of those candidates who have already taken admission or take admission in any of the private self-financing engineering colleges will be subject to the orders of the government in this regard. Those who have already been admitted to a government/aided college/course will lose the existing admission if they get an allotment through Stray vacancy round. Candidates can register options to all the courses existing in government/aided colleges that the candidates wish to join. Options given for previous rounds will not be considered for stray vacancy allotment. Those candidates who do not register options within the stipulated time will not be considered for this allotment

Option Registration Fee: Those candidates who wish to register options for admission to all courses or any of these courses have to remit a registration fee of Rs. 2,000/-. Those who wish to register options for engineering and architecture courses afresh and who did not take admission after getting an allotment have to pay a registration fee. The registration fee will be adjusted in the tuition fee of those candidates who take admission consequent on allotments. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OEC category and others specified in the notification have to remit Rs.500/- as a registration fee. The registration fee of such candidates who take admission in the allotted college/course will be adjusted in the caution deposit. The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. For pharmacy and architecture courses, the registration fee of those candidates who do not take admission within the stipulated time after getting an allotment will be treated as a penalty and will not be refunded. For engineering courses, the registration fee of those candidates who do not join within the stipulated time after getting an allotment and those candidates who quit seats after taking admission through stray vacancy allotment will be considered as a penalty and will not be refunded. Registration fees can be remitted by way of online payment.

Candidates who wish to participate in this allotment should first log on to their home page at www.cee.kerala.gov.in by giving their application number & password through the link ‘KEAM 2025 – Candidate Portal’. Then, by clicking the link ‘Option Registration,’ candidates can register their options online by 5 pm on 22.08.2025.

Candidates who get an allotment in this phase must join the allotted college with all the original certificates as given in the prospectus clause 11.7.1 before 4 pm on 30.08.2025, after remitting the fee (if any) as shown in the Allotment Memo, to be paid to the CEE by way of online payment. The balance tuition fee, other fees and the deposits (if applicable) should be remitted to the allotted colleges at the time of admission.

Candidates whose results have been withheld due to various reasons can also register their online options for allotment. But the options submitted by such candidates will not be considered for allotment unless they rectify or clear the defects before 3 pm on 22.08.2025.
