The option registration for admissions to the Engineering courses coming under the purview of the allotments of Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala, for 2023-24 has commenced at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

Institutions: Allotments will be made to (i) Government/Aided/Autonomous Aided Engineering Colleges, Engineering College Under Kerala Agricultural University, Kerala Veterinary & Animal Sciences University and Kerala University of Fisheries and Ocean Studies (category G) (ii) Government Cost-Sharing/Self-financing Engineering Colleges controlled by Universities (N Category) (iii) Private Self-financing Engineering Colleges, Private Self-financing Autonomous Engineering Colleges (S category). The list of colleges included in the allotment process is given in the detailed Notification at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

Option Registration Fee: Fee has been introduced for being eligible to register options. Registration fee is Rs.2,000/-. It will be adjusted in the tuition fee of those candidates who take admission consequent on allotments. Those belonging to SC/ST/OEC/Some other categories have to remit Rs.500 /- only as Registration Fee. The Registration Fee of such candidates who take admission in the allotted college/course will be adjusted in their caution deposit. The registration fee of those candidates who do not get allotment will be refunded. Bank account details shall have to be provided by the candidates for facilitating refund if any. Registration Fees can be remitted at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of online payment. The list of Post Offices is available in the website.

Options can be registered through the home page of the candidate only after remitting the Registration fee. Options registration can be done till 11 am on 26.7.2023. Provisional Allotment will be published on 28.07.2023.  First Phase Allotment will be published on 29.07.2023.

Those who get allotment should pay the fees to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as shown in the allotment memo online or through Head Post Offices, between 31.07.2023 and 4 pm on 04.08.2023. Those who do not pay the fees by the last date, will lose their allotment as well as all the existing options in the stream to which the allotment belongs. The options once lost will not be available in the subsequent phases.

Options available in this phase cannot be registered afresh in the subsequent phases of allotment. Candidates should register all available options in which they wish to get admission. Candidates may file options to the courses/colleges to which they are sure to join and continue studies if allotted. Candidates whose results/applications have been withheld due to various reasons can also register options. But their options will not be considered for allotment unless they rectify or clear the defects before 4 pm on 25.07.2023.

Facility for Registering Options will be provided free of cost at ‘Facilitation Centres’ (FC) opened across the state.  The list of FCs will be published in the website of the CEE.
