New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has rescheduled the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams that were originally scheduled for March 3, 2026, citing administrative reasons. All other exam dates remain unchanged, the board confirmed.

Revised exam dates

According to the official notice:

Class 10 exams initially set for March 3, 2026, will now be conducted on March 11, 2026.

Class 12 Legal Studies exam, originally planned for March 3, 2026, has been postponed to April 10, 2026.

CBSE clarified that no other subject exams for Class 10 or Class 12 have been rescheduled.

Class 10 subjects affected

For Class 10, several language and elective papers previously scheduled for March 3 have also been moved to the new date. These include Tibetan, German, NCC, Bhoti, Bodo, Tangkhul, Japanese, Bhutia, Spanish, Kashmiri, Mizo, Bahasa and Melayu.

The CBSE emphasised that all other Class 10 and Class 12 board exams will proceed as per the original datesheet. Students are advised to check the revised schedule carefully to avoid any confusion.
