Tamil Nadu Physical Education and Sports University has invited applications for admission to its Regular Programs for 2020-21.
Programmes, duration and Eligibility:
- Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports (B.P.E.S) (subject to approval) (3 Years): Plus 2 or its equivalent and having at least participation in the Inter School competition in Sports and Games
- B.P.Ed., (Bachelor of Physical Education) (2 years): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and having at least participation in the Inter-School competition in Sports and Games in recognized competition
- M.P.Ed., (Master of Physical Education) (2 years): Any Degree with B.P.Ed., with Proficiency in Games & Sports with minimum participation at Inter-Collegiate level in recognized competition
- B.Sc Yoga (subject to approval) (3 years): Plus 2 or its equivalent
- M.Sc Yoga (2 years): Any Degree
- M.Sc Yoga Therapy (2 years): Any UG Degree in Yoga related Courses/Any UG degree with Diploma or PG Diploma in Yoga or MBBS or BDS or Degree in Nursing or BPT or MPT or BYNS or BHMS or BAMS or BUMS or related courses
- B.Sc. Exercise Physiology & Nutrition (3 years): Plus 2 or Equivalent in Science Group
- B.Sc. Sports Bio Mechanics and Kinesiology: Plus 2 or Equivalent in Science Group
- M.Sc. Exercise Physiology & Nutrition (2 years): Any Science Degree
- M.Sc. Sports Biomechanics and Kinesiology (2 years): Any Science Degree /
- Physical Education Degree/Engineering Degree/Physiotherapy Degree
- M.Sc. Sports Psychology and Sociology/Psychology/ Sports Psychology (2 years): Any Degree
- M.A. Sociology (2 years): Any Degree
- B.B.A. (Sports Management) (subject to approval) (3 years): Plus 2 or Equivalent
- M.B.A. Sports Management (2 years): Any Degree with 50% marks
- P.G. Diploma in Sports Coaching (Football, Volleyball, Athletics) (1 year): Any Degree or its equivalent with two times representation in Senior Nationals or Any Degree with B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed., with two times representation in Inter-University competitions or Any Degree with three times representation in Nationals (Services / Revenue / Postal / Bank etc.)
- B.Sc. Sports Coaching (3 years): Plus 2 or Equivalent with Proficiency in Sports & Games
- M.Sc. Sports Coaching (2 years): Any Degree with Diploma / P.G., Diploma in Sports Coaching
- M.Tech. Sports Technology (2 years): B.E / Equivalent (any discipline)
