Admission to PG Medical Courses, Kerala- 2022: Second allotment published

The Second allotment to the PG Medical Courses-2022 Kerala, in the Government Medical Colleges in the State, Regional Cancer Centre(RCC), Thiruvananthapuram and Private Self Financing Medical Colleges has been published by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) Kerala at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

The allotment is based on the rank in the Kerala State Merit List & Category list and on the basis of options filed by the candidates. The allotment has been done by excluding those candidates admitted up to Round 2 of All India counselling as per the guidelines issued by MCC and NMC. The list of ineligible candidates is published in the website.

The allotment result is available in the ‘Candidate Portal’ at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.

To view the allotment result, candidates should log on to the ‘PG Medical 2022- Candidate Portal’ by submitting their Application Number and Password. Then by clicking on the link ‘Allotment Result’, candidates can view their allotment result. Allotment Memo and Data Sheet are available in the Candidate Portal. Candidates are advised to take copies of Allotment Memo and keep it for future reference as the Memo will not be available in the Portal once the allotment process is over.

The allotted candidates should report physically for joining at the allotted colleges during 01.11.2022 to 3 pm on 03.11.2022, with Allotment Memo, and Data Sheet and the required documents specified in the Allotment Memo and Prospectus. The prescribed fee should be remitted at the allotted college during admission. All the College authorities have been instructed to approve the list of admitted candidates through Online Admission Management System (OAMS) before 4 pm on 03.11.2022.

Those candidates who do not join the Colleges allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment.

If a candidate who has been allotted a seat in the first phase has retained in the same seat after the second phase of allotment, he/she need not do the joining process again and shall be considered as joined in the Second round if he/she continues in the admitted status after the last date of joining specified for the second phase.

A candidate joined in the Second round is ineligible to participate in further rounds of counseling. Surrender of seats will not be permitted. This is also in line with the regulations issued by National Medical Commission wherein a candidate admitted in All India or State second round will not be considered for further phases of All India or State counseling. The list of candidates admitted as on the last date of admission in Phase 2 will be forwarded to MCC as the list of candidate’s ineligible to participate in any further rounds of All India or State counseling.
