The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the JEE Main 2026 Session-I results for Paper-I (B.E./B.Tech.), publishing not only individual scorecards but also the list of category-wise toppers along with their NTA scores and states of eligibility.
Among the standout performers, Narendrababu Gari Mahith from Andhra Pradesh emerged as the OBC-NCL topper with a flawless 100.0000000 percentile.

In the General-EWS category, Shresth Jasoria from Rajasthan secured 99.9992442 percentile, while Deva Srivedh from Andhra Pradesh topped the SC category with 99.9992271 percentile.
Daksh Sehra from Rajasthan led the ST category with 99.9938620 percentile, and Arsh Jain from Madhya Pradesh became the PwBD category topper, scoring 99.9100843 percentile.

NTA also shared participation statistics, revealing a strong turnout for the national-level engineering entrance exam. The overall attendance stood at 96.26%, reflecting high candidate engagement.
The Paper-I (B.E./B.Tech.) examination was conducted on January 21, 22, 23, 24, and 28, 2026. A total of 13,55,293 candidates registered for the exam, including aspirants from centres outside India. Out of these, 13,04,653 candidates appeared.
JEE Main scores are crucial for admissions to undergraduate programmes such as BE/BTech, BArch, and BPlanning at NITs, IIITs, centrally funded technical institutions, and participating private universities. The exam also serves as the qualifying gateway for JEE Advanced, required for IIT admissions.
Candidates can download their scorecards from the official JEE Main portal. Students are advised to carefully verify details on their scorecards and contact NTA in case of discrepancies.
JEE Main 2026 Exam: How To Download Result ?
- Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
- On the homepage, click on "JEE Main Session 1 Result 2026" under "Candidate Activity" board.
- A new page will open. Enter your application number and password.
- Click on "Submit" and then click on "Result" section.
- Your result will be displayed on the screen.
- Download and save your result for future reference.
Re-Evaluation And Re-Checking Process
Candidates must note that there will be no re-evaluation or re-checking of their scores, and no correspondence regarding the same will be entertained, the NTA has said. Those who were found using Unfair Means Practices (UMP) during the examination will not have their results issued.
