University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad-500007 has invited applications for admission to the Part Time Post Graduate Programmes in Engineering (2020-2021) under Continuing Engineering Education Programmes (CEEP).

Admissions to 85% of the available seats in every course shall be reserved in favour of Local Candidates in relation to the local area in respect of Osmania University. Those seeking admission to P.G Programmes need to relocate (Job / service) themselves within 100 k.m. radius of O.U. The admission of candidates is subject to satisfy the above condition.

The following are the M.E programmes offered by different Departments.

Civil Engineering: Structural Engineering; Electronics & Communication Engg: Digital Systems Engineering, Systems & Signal Processing, Microwave & Radar Engineering; Electrical Engineering: Industrial Drives & Control, Power Systems; Mechanical Engineering: Production Engineering, Automation & Robotics, Turbo Machinery; Computer Science and Engg: Computer Science & Engg.

The Programme will be of 6 semesters (3 years) duration. Applicant should have one year post qualification experience as on 30th June, 2020 from the date of qualifying Degree.

Eligibility: Applicant should hold a B.E/B.Tech from any Recognized University in the concerned discipline, or its equivalent or AMIE/AMIETE or similar qualifications recognized as equivalent to B.E/B.Tech.

For M.E in the Department of CIVIL, ECE, EE and MECH, B.E. /B.Tech /AMIE / AMIETE Degree in concerned discipline or its equivalent from any recognized University.

For M.Tech in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering B.E./B.Tech./AMIE/AMIETE in any branch of Engg./Tech. equivalent Masters Degree, in Physics, Statistics, Mathematics or Applied Mathematics, Applied Statistics, Applied Physics, Geophysics, M.Sc. (Comp. Sc.), M.Sc. (Information Systems), (Computer Applications and Electronics) and MCA from any recognized University.

Applicant should have minimum of one year experience, as on 30th June 2020, reckoned from the date of qualifying degree from a recognized University.

Admissions to all programmes will be based on the performance in a Computer Based Entrance Test to be held in 2.8.2020 (Sunday). Syllabus & a Sample Model Question Paper for the Entrance Test in various Disciplines/ Branches is given in Annexure VI at http://online.uceou.edu/ptpg/

Separate application should be submitted for each department in which admission is sought. Registration fee is Rs.2000/- to be paid online.
