
Centre for Distance and Online Education (CDOE), Directorate of Distance Education (DDE), NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad Justice City, Shameerpet, Medchal Dist., Hyderabad, Telangana - 500101, has invited applications for admission to the following courses for the academic year 2023-24 which are offered through Open and Distance Learning Mode.
M.A Programmes (2-Year): Aviation Law & Air Transport Management; Security & Defence Laws; Space & Telecommunication Laws; Maritime Laws; Criminal Law & Forensic Science (offered in collaboration with Truth Labs); International Taxation (offered in collaboration with Taxmann); Animal Protection Laws; Corporate Law (offered in collaboration with EBC Learning, EBC Group).
Advanced Diploma (One-Year): Patents Law; Cyber Laws; Media Laws; International Humanitarian Law; Alternative Dispute Resolution; Family Dispute Resolution; Drafting, Negotiation & Enforcement of Contracts; Corporate Taxation (offered in collaboration with Taxmann); Labour Laws and Employee Management; Aviation Law & Air Transport Management; GIS & Remote Sensing Laws; Maritime Laws; Criminal Law & Forensic Science (offered in collaboration with Truth Labs); Financial Services & Legislations; Animal Protection Laws; Cyber Security & Data Protection Laws; Corporate Law (offered in collaboration with EBC Learning, EBC Group).
Eligibility: Fresh graduates and working professionals residing in India only can apply.
The Programmes have Personal Contact Programmes (PCP) from leading experts of academics, industry, legal fraternity, in addition to the online support and updates on course materials through Web resources.
Exit Option: ‘Exit’ option is available for the candidates enrolled for M.A. (Aviation Law & Air Transport Management); M.A. (Maritime Laws); M.A. (Criminal Law & Forensic Science); M.A. (Animal Protection Laws) and M.A. (Corporate Law). If a candidate opts to exit after completion of the first year, she / he would be awarded Advanced Diploma Certificate in the said specialization subject to fulfilling the requirements for the Advanced Diploma.
Lateral Entry: In view of the National Education Policy, 2020, a provision has been made for Lateral Admission in the Second Year MA Programme offered in the relevant specialization. Candidates enrolled for the Advanced Diploma in Aviation Law & Air Transport Management; Maritime Laws; Criminal Law & Forensic Science; Animal Protection Laws and Corporate Law can enrol in the second year of the 2-Year M.A. Programme offered in the relevant specialisation within two years from the date of their admission to the Advanced Diploma Programme, subject to fulfilling the eligibility requirement for the M.A. Programme.
