National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) has invited applications for admission to various Programmes offered by it for 2020-21 at Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi), Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) Campuses.
The following are the Post Graduate Programmes of 2 years duration, eligibility for admission and centres where they are offered.
Advanced Construction Management: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning (Hyderabad Goa, Delhi)
Project Engineering and Management: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline (Hyderabad)
Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning (Pune)
Infrastructure Finance, Development and Management: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning (Pune)
Contemporary Smart City Development and Management: Graduates in any discipline (Pune)
The following are the one year Post Graduate Programmes:
Management of Family Owned Construction Business: Graduates in any discipline belonging to a family having construction business (Pune)
Health, Safety and Environment Management: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline or Diploma in Engineering in any discipline with minimum four years of experience (Hyderabad)
For all two/one year Programmes, applicant should have 50% aggregate marks in qualifying Programme. Final year eligible graduating students can also apply.
Application: Applications can be submitted at www.nicmar.ac.in by May 31, 2020 (midnight).
Application Fee is Rs. 2100/- for one programme and Rs. 2620/-, for more than one programme. Application fee can be paid online by way of Internet banking or through Credit card/Debit card.
