Office of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala has published the Third phase allotment to Engineering/Architecture/Pharmacy Courses 2024 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in.  

The details of allotment of a candidate such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, Fee details etc. will be available on the home page of the candidate as well as in the Allotment Memo that can be downloaded from the home page of the candidate. 

As the allotment Memo available in this phase will not be available later, candidates may keep copy of the Allotment Memo for future reference. 

Candidates who have an allotment can download the ‘Data Sheet’ containing the basic details of the candidates by clicking the menu ‘Data Sheet’ available in the home page of the candidate. 

The printout of Allotment Memo and Data Sheet along with the documents mentioned in clause 11.7.1 (as applicable) of the prospectus are to be produced before the college authorities at the time of admission. 

Candidates who receive an allotment in this phase should remit the fees to be paid to the CEE (if applicable) as specified in the Allotment Memo at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala (list of Post Offices having facility for fee payment is available in the website), or by way of Online Payment before 2 pm on 10.09.2024, and should join the course/college allotted before 3 pm on 10.09.2024. Candidates may contact the allotted colleges for information regarding joining. 

Those candidates who do not remit the fee/balance fee (if applicable) and who do not join the course/college allotted within the stipulated time will lose their allotment. 

This is the last phase of allotment to Engineering/Pharmacy and Architecture Courses conducted by the CEE for 2024-25. 

The vacant seats in Engineering and Architecture courses after the third phase allotment in Government Colleges will be filled through spot admission to be conducted by the Director of Technical Education and that of other colleges will be filled by the colleges itself in accordance with the provisions contained in the Government orders issued in this regard and as per the applicable prospectus conditions. 

The vacant seats in Pharmacy course after the third phase allotment in Government Colleges will be filled through spot admission conducted by the Director of Medical Education and that of other colleges will be filled by the colleges itself in accordance with the provisions contained in the Government orders issued in this regard and as per the applicable prospectus conditions.
