Idukki: Two youngsters drowned while taking a bath in a stream near Thommankuthu waterfalls here on Monday. The deceased are Mosis Issac(17) and Blassan Sajan (25). 

The incident happened at around noon. The youngsters arrived at the waterfall with their family members. While returning after visiting the waterfall, the youngsters entered a stream nearby. 

The locals said that two males and one female entered the waters. Fortunately, the locals managed to save the girl but couldn't rescue Mosis and Blassan.
