Vivo has launched its newest flagship lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo X300 series, featuring the Vivo X300 and the Vivo X300 Pro. The smartphones arrive as successors to the X200 series and bring imaging hardware co-engineered with ZEISS, alongside MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 processor.

The series highlights premium displays, upgraded camera systems and fast charging, while the Pro variant adds a larger battery and advanced telephoto capabilities.

The Vivo X300 Pro features a 17.22cm (6.78-inch) AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 × 1260 (1.5K+). It offers capacitive multi-touch support and a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother interactions. The rear camera setup includes a 50MP Sony LYT-828 sensor with optical image stabilisation, a 50MP wide-angle lens with 119-degree field of view and autofocus, and a 200MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3.5x optical zoom using an HPB sensor. The handset supports an Adaptive Zoom Flash, enabling brightness adjustment based on focal length with hardware coverage for 24mm, 50mm and 85mm, enhancing portraits and low-light photography.

The Vivo X300 Pro houses a 50MP ZEISS wide-angle front camera, optimised for crisp selfies and video calls.

The smartphone is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chipset, featuring a CPU architecture comprising one C1-Ultra core clocked at 4.21GHz. The Vivo X300 Pro includes a 6510mAh (TYP) Li-ion battery supported by 90W FlashCharge, allowing users to recharge quickly while maintaining longer usage cycles on a single charge.

The Pro model is available in a single 16GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM configuration, paired with 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage, enabling high-speed data transfers and lag-free multitasking.

Vivo has also announced the ZEISS 2.35x telephoto extender kit, which will be available for ₹18,999.

The Vivo X300 Pro measures 161.98 × 75.48 × 7.99mm and weighs 226g in both Dune Gold and Elite Black colour options. The front panel is made of glass, the back uses glass fibre, and the middle frame is constructed from aluminium alloy. The device carries IP68 and IP69 ingress protection ratings, ensuring resistance to dust, water and high-pressure sprays.
