Kochi: Reliance Jio’s 5G services have now reached all district headquarters of Kerala. “Jio is the first and the only operator to cover all 14-district headquarters and over 35 major cities and several towns of the state with True 5G services,” the company claimed in a press release.
Jio 5G services are now live in 35 main cities and towns of Kerala, including Payyannur, Tirur, Kasargod, Kayamkulam, Vadakara, Neyyattinkara, Perumbavoor, Kunnamkulam, Iringalakkuda, Koyilandy, Kottarakkara, Ponnani, Punalur, Chittur-Thathamangalam, Taliparamba, Nedumangad, Kanhangad, Thiruvalla, Thalassery, Kodungallur, Attingal, Muvattupuzha, Changanassery, Alappuzha, Palakkad, Kottayam, Kollam, Cherthala, Malappuram, Kannur, Thrissur, Guruvayur, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi.
Reliance Jio has acquired adequate 5G spectrum in the 3500 MHz and the premium 700 MHz band. As a result, customers will experience very high quality indoor and outdoor 5G services across the entire state making use of the latest carrier aggregation technology, the company claimed.
