Mumbai: On the occasion of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar’s 52nd birthday, his daughter Sara shared a heartfelt post recalling a cherished childhood memory, showcasing the boundless love and strength of her father.

She penned, "To the man who taught me not to fear anyone, but to respect everyone, the man who carried me despite his fractured arm (and the never-ending list of other injuries), the man who continues to photobomb my shoots and most importantly, the man who taught me that it’s important to have fun, laugh a lot and enjoy life!

The post featured a heartwarming blend of present-day photos and childhood memories. Among the images, one stood out where young Sara is seen nestled in her father’s arms, despite his visible injury. Another memorable shot shows Sachin carrying both his children, Sara and Arjun Tendulkar, on his shoulders.

Arjun, who has followed in his father’s footsteps to become a professional cricketer, also took to his Instagram stories to wish his father a happy birthday.

As one of the greatest cricketers in history, Sachin Tendulkar was showered with birthday wishes from the sporting community and his fans worldwide.
