Amad Diallo brings the Elephants level! The winger collects the ball on the right and exchanges a slick one-two with Nicolas Pépé before bursting into the penalty area. Diallo then cuts inside his marker and drills a clinical angled finish beyond Ørjan Nyland to complete a superb solo move and restore parity.

Haaland gets a left-footed shot away from close range after Alexander Sørloth nods the ball into his path, but the effort is brilliantly blocked by the Ivory Coast defence. From the resulting corner, Sørloth rises highest to meet Patrick Berg's cross, only to send his header narrowly wide of the right post. Norway are piling on the pressure late in the first half.

Antonio Nusa produces a moment of magic to put Norway ahead! The winger dazzles down the left flank with brilliant footwork, cuts inside onto his right foot and curls an unstoppable strike into the top-right corner. A stunning finish gives Norway the lead despite Ivory Coast dominating much of the first half.

36' Erling Haaland gets on the end of a cross from the right from Alexander Sørloth, but his header lacks power and goes straight into the hands of the Ivory Coast goalkeeper, who gathers comfortably. Norway's star striker is still searching for his first real chance of the match.

30' Yan Diomande continues to look like Ivory Coast's biggest attacking threat, using his pace and trickery down the left flank to stretch the Norway defence and deliver dangerous balls into the box.
