Enaan, who hails from Thrissur, produced a stunning knock of 105 off 74 balls, smashing 12 fours and six sixes.

A superb century from Malayalam all-rounder Mohamed Enaan, coming in at No. 8, powered India A to victory over India B in the Under-19 cricket fixture. India A clinched the match by 26 runs, defending a total of 269.
Scores: India A – 269/7 in 50 overs; India B – 243 all out in 47.2 overs.
Enaan, who hails from Thrissur, produced a stunning knock of 105 off 74 balls, smashing 12 fours and six sixes. India A were in deep trouble early on, losing their top order cheaply and slipping to 100 for 6. With the side reeling, Enaan stepped in as the saviour, dismantling the India B bowling attack and guiding India A well past the 250 mark. He received solid support from Anmoljeet Singh, who struck a brisk 50 off 30 deliveries.
India B’s chase showed promise at stages but ultimately fell short, bowled out for 243.
Enaan, who was part of the Kerala Under-14 set-up, has been steadily rising through the ranks with consistent performances across age-group cricket. His impressive bowling spell in the Cooch Behar Trophy opened the doors to national contention. While he first made his mark as a leg-spinner, Enaan has equally excelled with the bat in the middle order. His progress earned him a call-up to the National Cricket Academy, further boosting his trajectory in Indian junior cricket.
