New Delhi: The Senior Men’s Selection Committee has named India’s squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against New Zealand, starting 11th January at the BCA Stadium in Vadodara.

India’s ODI squad: Shubman Gill (C), Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul (WK), Shreyas Iyer (VC)*, Washington Sundar, Ravindra Jadeja, Mohd Siraj, Harshit Rana, Prasidh Krishna, Kuldeep Yadav, Rishabh Pant (WK), Nitish Kumar Reddy, Arshdeep Singh, Yashasvi Jaiswal

Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya was not cleared by the COE to bowl 10 overs in a match, and therefore, the selectors did not include him in the team for the series beginning in Vadodara on January 11.

The other two matches will be played in Rajkot and Indore on January 14 and 18, respectively.

Meanwhile, India's star batter Shreyas Iyer has been given conditional clearance by BCCI's Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru as he continues his recovery from a spleen injury sustained during India's tour of Australia in October 2025.

Iyer could return to action in the ongoing Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT), as per ESPNcricinfo.

He has been cleared to turn out for Mumbai in the VHT. Iyer is expected to feature in the sixth round of fixtures on January 6 in Jaipur, where Mumbai face Himachal Pradesh.
