New Delhi: Apollo Tyres has secured the jersey sponsorship rights for the Indian cricket team, agreeing to pay around Rs 4.5 crore per match, a significant increase from the Rs 4 crore per game previously paid by Dream11, according to a report by The Times of India.
The new sponsorship deal is set to last until 2027 and will cover approximately 130 matches during this period, marking a major partnership between Apollo Tyres and Indian cricket.
The Indian men’s team currently has no sponsor in the ongoing Asia Cup. The women’s team is also without a sponsor in the three-match ODI series against Australia.
