London: Beth Mooney produced a match-winning 64 off 49 balls, while Phoebe Litchfield chipped in with a fluent 48 from 35 deliveries as Australia defeated England by seven wickets to lift the ICC Women's T20 World Cup 2026 title at Lord's on Sunday.

The pair stitched together a crucial 100-run partnership for the second wicket, guiding Australia to victory and securing a record-extending seventh Women's T20 World Cup crown.

Earlier, Australia captain Sophie Molineux won the toss and elected to bowl first. England posted 150/4 in their allotted 20 overs, thanks largely to skipper Nat Sciver-Brunt's unbeaten 58, but the total proved insufficient as the visitors chased it down comfortably to reclaim the world title.
