Kozhikode: UDF has lodged a complaint against Elamaram Kareem, LDF candidate of Kozhikode constituency, with Election Commission. According to the complaint filed by the UDF Kozhikode parliament constituency election committee,

Elamaram Kareem had shared a video on the social media which tends to disgrace the entire process of election and treating the procedure as a mockery event which itself looks like denouncing the election commission of India.

UDF alleges that the video shared by the candidate in which scenes depicting election procedures in electronic voting machine, shows disrespect to the system. They want the EC to take stringent action against Kareem for trying to build up his electoral profile through shoddy and undesirable means.
