New chapter

On the path of continuous growth, Sreedhanya Homes is gearing up for another historic step. For the first time outside Thiruvananthapuram, we are entering the city of Thrissur and starting a new chapter. Preparations are underway to lay the first foundation stone for this new project, with the expectation of starting it by July 2025. As the RERA approval process is currently underway, there are some restrictions on the official announcement of the project. In addition, planning activities for around eight new projects are underway at various stages in different parts of the state.
